Playful Nashville Engagement Photos | Jazmin & Clark

Back in 2019, I attended a workshop put on by Monique Serra & Karra Leigh in Nashville and I’m excited to finally be sharing the content from it! Jazmin & Clark’s playful Nashville engagement photos were a highlight of the trip.

Jazmin is a fashion and travel blogger in Nashville, and Clark is actually a photographer himself, too. These two were the perfect models for all of us photographers who attended the workshop. It’s not easy modeling for 15 photographers with cameras in your face, but they did an amazing job and the photos show that!

We explored a gorgeous field in the Nashville area and Jazmin & Clark made it a blast. They were down to do whatever - roll in the field, run through the grass, even lay down in the grass next to each other! This is totally a perfect example of what photographers mean when they say to trust them, even if what you’re doing feels kinda crazy - just look at the photo down below of them laying down with their eyes shut! ;)

Jazmin wore a gorgeous shirt from Free People (@freepeople on IG) that stood out perfectly against the neutral background of the field & greenery. Clark wore a simple beige shirt that made Jazmin stand out, yet didn’t blend in too much with the background. Outfits are so important in bringing out your personalities & relationship, AND making sure your photos draw attention to you and your partner. Not to the background, or not distracting from the subject of the photos (you!). Free People is always a great place to shop for engagement photo outfits!
